Any idea about Original GPS/NAV price in AU$

The Prados that we have here in Dubai doesn't come with GPS even for the top notch models.

Any idea of the cost of the Toyota fitted "opriginal" price of the GPS/SAT NV/DVD unit shown on toyota.com.au page

Please help find out ?

Hi Mansour,

I was just quoted on the Toyota Genuine Sat Nav System today... I was quoted AUD $4448 inc GST...

Damn expensive compared with the aftermarket options...

Damn that expensive, you are right about this for sure.

I will hunt down prices for the Lexus version and get back to you, I believ they are the same unit that comes with the Lexus RX350 and GX470 (The state' version of the prado)

There was a brand new SatNav unit at a wreckers in Victoria off a crash tested Prado Grande.
Have a search under the thread about switches and wreckers somewhere on here.

It was around $2500 AUD which is great.

I was quoted $3600 New. (I think you then need some more sensors and stuff though?)

I was quoted $3760 to add as an option to a GXL model.

Others quoted over $4.5K

So it isn't cheap - but it is a great unit
