Can I run Ozi Explorer on Toyota Sat Nav

I have been searching through various threads trying to find information on running Ozi Explorer Maps on the standard supplied Sat Nav.
I have an 08 model Grande.
The street maps are on a CD so I am hoping I can just put in a different CD.

Is this possible?
If so, how user friendly is it compared to using a lap top (current way of navigating in the bush)
or can you suggest other maps

I would appreciate any comments or suggestions.
