Bought my Digoptions a few weeks ago. Unfortunately it was faulty (Radio U/S) and I had to return it. After a couple of emails to & fro Matt sent a replacement which worked perfectly.
The service I received was excellent and proves that some companies can provide good after-sales support.
I am not too sure I would have received the same level of satisfaction had I bought direct from China. To me the extra few dollars dealing direct with Digoptions was good insurance.

Guys, is there any trick to adding the gps coordinates into the dig options unit as when I try to enter I can only enter the first two like 25 etc.

Quick quesiton on the digioptions software upgrade.
Are the GPS maps upgraded or is it just a menu change?

Upgraded mine last night. Street maps are upgraded (Nav n Go iGO 8 May2010 release maps...)I thought iGO 9 would have been included? The NAVI button takes you first to a sub-menu which is the new DigOptions console. I dont think I would ever really use this as the graphics are pretty clunky. Especially the games.... Exactly the same questions I was about to ask.... I pretty much followed the steps in the instructions and had no issues. perhaps a silly question, but you are unzipping the downloaded file before copying onto the micro sd card aren't you?
If you don't want to buy a new card, then copy the entire original contents of the card onto a folder on your computer (backup). Once you've done this, delete everything on the card and to be sure the card is clear, go to My Computer or Windows Explorer, find the SD Card and right click the object and select "Format". This will ensure the card is clean. Then copy all the unzipped files from the AVN Setup Update folder onto the micro SD card (not the actual folder that they reside in). Any further issues, See Matt....

Hi all, just got myself a DIG Options unit and installed last night. Havnt done the reversing camera yet and everything I have tested is working except the navigation (ie CD, DVD, IPod, Radio). When I hit the navigation button the screen flickers for a millisecond then goes blank...Yes I have conected the GPS Antenna I have emailed Matt and he has asked for a video of the issue. Anyone have a similar experiance.Comment
