Re: Dig_Options TP09X1 GPS, Reviews & Information
Many thanks for your input two+four, I think that it is time the work phone "stopped" working....

Time for an upgrade!!
I found the same thing, but if you adjust the phone volume up while it is "paired" to the head unit, it increases the speaker volume for you without adjusting the stereo volume; if you do it at this time, the settings will be saved on your phone for future use....
Don't do it while it is un-paired/disconnected, or it will send you deaf when you put it to your ear!!!
I also had this problem; and I think I stumbled on the solution!!!!
Go into the ipod settings, about 2 'clicks' down from the "EQ" heading you should find "active sound"?
Switch this "on" and you should find all noise distortion on ipod play disappears.... :?: :!: :!:
I hope that this helps mate.....

Second other question: My iPod issues are above, but another thing Ive noticed on mine is that the ipod level sounds distorted. I have the ipod on the lowest volume level and I figure the gain on the amplifier is saturating the audio and overdriving it a little. My iPod has the latest firmware ( I cant recall it off hand but could get it to you if you like). My ipod level on other devices eg Computer, old toyota stereo etc are all OK.
Thanks again
