  • GPS + Internet Browser

    are there any in car solutiuons which have GPS + web browser? I am looking to use the Bluetooth in my mobile which has internet with three to browse the internet on the in car dash. it would save me having to browse the internet on my mobile or laptop while on the road

    Any potential solutions anyone has seen or is using?

    rmargoss -------In issue 138 4x4 action mag is a section on gps and there was one that does internet acess through wi fi hotspots it has a optional usb wi fi connection so you can check your e mails etc, web site listed as http://www.Hitv.com.au i think tha JBs had one in their store from memory was around 3 to 4 grand There is a section on digital antennas as well on the hitv site.Randy

      Perhaps mounting a minibook would prove far more economical? One option is the HP Mini 110. 10.1" screen, solid state drive, 3xUSB, WiFi,. Everything you need and less than $500. That's a lot of change compared with dedicated solutions.
