Selling Prado radio / CD unit

I have a 2008 GXL diesel Prado and I'm looking at buying and installing a Dig_Options GPS unit (plus radio, CD player, reversing camera etc).

Has anyone installed this unit or similar and sold their Toyota radio / CD unit? Any feedback on prices asked and sold for plus any info on advertising (Pradopoint or eBay) would be most appreciated.
