    Found this reasonably cool Wiki/Google maps site today. It's a Wiki built on top of Google Maps and allows you to look up locations and information. Easy to sign up and contribute to as well:

    Don't know how useful the information will be outside of here but you never know. Dosn't have a route planning option which would be good.
