Far better than paying Toyota's Price for it. :lol:03 Grande, V6 AUTO.Red Metallic, Sovereign bar,Narva driving lights, GME uhf.

I too bought this cheaper v17 cd, put it into my 2004 grande. Screen reads "unable to read data. please check map dvd". Contacted bmw multilmedia via email, who pretty said not their problem, told me "my software is proabaly too old - very common problem". I was furious - did i not just purchase new software from them??? They were well informed of my vehicle make, year and model, yet still provided me with a product that im fairly certain they knew would not perform. They have blatantly told me no returns or refunds, full stop. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why mine doesnt work??
