  • Toyota DVD GPS from Autoproz

Hi all, I'm a newbie here, have had my 120 series Prado for a couple of months & now at last have some cash to start building on it!

I've read loads here about in-dash GPS units, particularly the TP09X1 available from Dig Options. They seem to have a new model, AVN11TP, but I've also found one on ebay from a seller called Autoproz - http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... K:MEWAX:IT

Anyone had experience with either of these models, or Autoproz? I am a little terrified of buying big $$ items like this on-line, so any advice would be appreciated.

Apologies if this has been covered on another thread - I did do a search, couldn't find anything.

    Thanks

    Rochelle

Ive got one from autoproz... its not the specific one you mentioned but check out my rig build to have a look at it when installed.

Mine had a fault after a few months where it stopped working. I contacted them, they told me to send it back and was repaired under warranty.

Saying that, I did have to pay for the shipping and it was sent to china to be repaired so i was without stereo for about a month. The plug and play would be good as i had to cut the cables for it to be installed.

      Hi Rochelle,

How did you go? Did you end up purchasing one of these or not?

      Cheers

I would go with these guys. It pays to contact them direct before you buy and tell them everything u are chasing in a unit. They are very helpfull. Also their system is also plug and play and requires no cable cutting.
