Whereis v16 denso

Hi all, I Finally upgraded my 2003 disc to vers 16 was working ok for a couple of weeks but now it puts me out to sea or the central coast. Can anyone provide an explanation? I don't have the manual for the gps but the other threads including the lcool don't have "the" fix. I thought the ppoint brains trust would be my best option before a painful trip to the local dealership. Thanking you in anticipation

upgraded my 03 to 07 with nero .took 10 minutes works fine . would love to meet someone with v17 and try it out .

Try putting your 2003 disc back in, and if your current position is correct then the V16 disc was the problem, if not then it's the GPS?

There is a way to fine tune your GPS position. Perhaps someone has messed with the settings thinking that they were setting a point on the map to navigate to. Don't have access to my Prado for a few weeks so can't really tell you where to go in the menu.

Thanks all - tried all the above. In amongst it all turns out my 4 year old thinks the sat nave has iPad capability. Recalibrated it and it seems ok. Will have to test it this weekend when I go for a prado run. Also 16 is the latest one you can buy from whereis. Not sure about 17- at least for denso Toyota.
