2010 Pearl VX D4D. On the way home from Biloela I dropped in to Newsoms Tyres in Rockhampton to get some decent treads. Cooper Discoverer L/T 275/65/R18. They are the only 18" muddies available. Not sure if the rear wheel cover fitted or not, I never tried it because i thought the wheel on the back of her looked better than any cover would! Also my mate sold the cover on ebay for enough to buy a bottle of Bundy so I won't complain! I have also removed the black plastic cover behind the spare wheel and I spaced the wheel out with a couple of washers to prevent it rubbing on the paint.
Next was a trip to ARB Rockhampton to see Greg (manager) to get her ready to play. The list was BIG and it cost me.The list of jobs I had from my dearest wife seemed endless. Finally the day came to get her fitted out.
ARB Rockhampton fitted a Safari Snorkel, 2" Old Man Emu lift, Haymen Reese tow bar, Colour coded Delux Bull Bar, Side rails, High flow air compressor and Front and rear Air Lockers.
I have also fitted a T-MAX 9000lb winch, a GME UHF with the controls on the handpiece, Red Arc dual battery system with an Optima yellow top battery, Rectangle IPF spot lights and an ARB steel roof rack with a 2mX3m awning.
Cant wait for my next trip to the Cape!!
