Sounds like mine - check out my build. You could also do the stereo yourself as its pretty easy.

All you need to do is put a flashing yellow light on top and a sticker on the side that says BHP

        Just joking, I wanted white!

Very nice. I thought about doing it myself but thought I'd just get them to hook it all up and tune it all so its perfect. Got Albert's Audio doing it so there a pretty good mob.

For you're spot lights have you got an individual switch for each pair of have you hooked it up so that the bull bar and roof rack have a switch of there own?

          Cheers.

I have one switch for the roof lights and one for the bull bar lights.

I modified the IPF wiring harness to carry one large power wire up to the roof rack, siliconed it in alongside the window, ran it in to a weather proof junction box I made up from Jaycar and split the 4 power wires out from there. I joined the 4 negative wires in to one and mounted it under the roof rack.

The hardest part was moding the relay to take the larger 25 amp wire. But even that wasnt too difficult. I can give you more pics of my setup when you are ready to do yours if you like.

Haha Indeed it is. Why is it that everyone changes out there bull bars from the stock alloy one to either ARB or custom made like yours? I don't mind the stock one.

I changed mine as I couldn't fit a decent winch on the genuine one.

Sounds exactly what I need. I was going to get ARB to do everything at once when I got the rack and lights, still prob am but knew that after installed I have to do some mods to change the light switch setup to 2 switches but yeah that'd be awesome if you could for when I do get round to getting all mine setup. Cheers bro

Ah okay. Was looking at winches and was told that I could get one on the alloy bar but would have to get a steel bracket which would support the winch as the stock bull bar would be able to handle a winch but even so that would prob be your standard winch nothing special. Getting something "decent" would yeah require a stronger bar.

There are plenty out there running winches in their Sovereign Bars. Like you said, you just need the cradle and to do some research into what will fit. Chippy runs one on his...

There was/is a genuine winch mounting bracket for a 120 on evil bay for $150 if I remember correctly.
At that price it might be worth trying it and if you decide to "upgrade" your bar to a steelie not too many dollars spent.

and white is so eay to keep relatively clean

'18 VX, Billies with Dobinson springs, Summit bar with Narva Enhanced Optics to help my old eyes

At the moment I haven't any intentions of replacing the bull bar I have but thanks for letting me know that. Got to get those other modifications before the winch or new bar.

                            Cheers.

                              285/70

I saw a 120 Series Prado running 285/70 the other day at the shops and I've always wanted to know, for me to get 285/70 wheels what would I have to get done so they don't rub on the UCA, at full lock and under compression? Another question would be the preferred size rim which best suits and not having to worry about coming of the rim. I've got 265/65 R17 at the moment + 2" lift.

Would love to talk to the guy who's car that was . . .

Here's a picture of his wheels.
