Both good, but I do like Cooper- I love the ST- it does 'whine' a little, but they are great on dirt/mud and pretty decent in sand, and I havent really noted much issue on the road- having said that, they were put on with 42km on the clcok, cant really comment on the old AT20!
Have just managed to get the sportz bars fitted, happy with them- off to googs track in the morning, will post some pictures mid next week!

Just ordered new shoes, I have ended up ordering the Cooper AT3 over the Duelers, came down to price and I got a great deal on the Coopers.

The CXB are a very tight fit I fitted mine without the rubber inserts, I spoke with ABR Sidewinder and he advised he just used detergent and water to assist with getting the legs attached to the rails.
I think I want to change my heavy duty racks for sports bars and I am looking at cutting down the alloy tray to reduce the height. Hopefully this would allow me access to the garage.
Anyway just dropped the Prado off at Ironman at Brendale for the lift kit. I have chosen the performance kit with foam cell shocks will post up details if the install in the suspension section and build up.

Cool thanks for the info- interesting that you got the heavy duty bars onto you rails- I was told that is impossible!
Shame too, as I have just got sports bars fitted, but am keen on a pioneer tray, with the rail options (have an Oztent, too big for a tray) and they currently don't fit the sportz bars- but do fit the heavy duty.
May look into them, sure I can flog the sportz bars on ebay or something
Your tray looked quite long, wasnt sure if it was a AT1800, must have been the camera angle.

Brett,
The Rhino Rack alloy tray is an AT1510 which is a 1500 x 1010mm (http://www.rhinorack.com.au/AccSubCa...TRAY_35_1.aspx). It sits on top of heavy duty bars which are attached to the factory rails using CXB feet or clamps (http://www.rhinorack.com.au/BarType_..._900012_1.aspx). These are not recommended for the 150 but I managed to fit them as did ABR Sidewinder. I'm looking at my options in regards to lowering the height of my tray but probably need a platform.
Rig is booked in for a 2" lift this wednesday. I'm putting an Ironman Foam cell combination in. Will let you know what it's like but from what I have read on other forums they seem to impress users.

Hey there Brains
Looks great, question with your Rhino set up- is that tray set up on a set of sports racks, and what size is that tray-
It does look sweet
Good stuff

Davtan,
Originally had a charcoal VX on order for delivery end of Feb but we wanted to get rid of the Jeep before anymore money had to be spent on it, that was Feb 2010. Our VX got pushed back to an April delivery and when I asked what the dealer had I got the option of a diesel GXL in black or nearly black (that dark blue colour) or a petrol Kakadu. As I wanted a diesel and my wife had really wanted a black car black it was. Now I wish I had white or silver. Just hard to keep clean and shows bush pinstriping really well. Let's get as many 150's as we can on here, it's great to see what products people are putting on their Prado's and great resource when you are looking at accessorising or modifying.

Looking good....makes me think I should get my finger out and start saving for some further mods as well as doing a build up thread. I do like the black, but wife liked the silver, so silver is what we got.

Maxtrax, another thing to add to the list of items to purchase! I've also got to sort out something with my roof basket and the vehicle fitting in the garage. First thing first, I will be sorting tyres and a lift.
Daniel when are you looking at heading to the Cape? We are looking at June/July next year. Therefore I have a countdown to complete the required mods and accessories to the Prado.

Nice one Paul, out little outing on Wednesday cost him a fortune he reckons. But we got the non lifted, grandtrek shod Prado through with the use of the maxtraxs.

Yep, I stopped the order but as I really want BFG All Terrains. The Rugged Terrains look good and I am sure will do the job but for the Cape etc I would rather have the AT's under me... The Duelers would also be a choice but no luck on an 18" tyre. In saying that but the AT22's are not that bad, will keep me going for a while yet.

But I need 17's for my rig. I have actually been looking at the Bridgestone Duelers as I need to replace our tyres on our car very soon. Pete and Rob both gave them a wrap. And might try and squeeze a lift in by Thursday after Wednesdays run. If I had 18's I'd definately put them on and take your wife for a drive. Are you still going to import your tyres?
