What are you doing with the sheepskins? A quick recap of what your suspension setup is too please. I recall you changed the shocks and springs so I take it that knocked out the sport/comfort setting from the cabin. I'm just looking to lift my Kaka enough to cater for the bar and winch.

It depends if I end up selling the front bar and being able to locate a new bumper, if I sell the bar I will sell the suspension which is Lovell front springs and bilstein shocks front and rear.

OK but with that setup there is no sport/comfort setting from in the cabin like with the Toyota TEMS shocks right? You didn't say if you are keeping the sheepskins, I'd be interested in those.

You will loose your comfort settings but the car ends up handling equivalent of the normal mode anyway. I will be selling the sheepies.

Its a Brown Davis bash plate as well not a craig Davies lol, the actuater gaurd that went on about 2 months ago will also be up for sale..

Daz you are a legend, that is gold. A 2" Kakadu lift for under $300 and you keep all the settings.

Just one question, is the airbag ok to be lifted an extra 2" when you hit the high setting?

I would say yes it stretches more than 50mm at full drop anyway and the shocks will always be the limit.

I've been back through the thread but I'm just a bit confused as to how the strut spacers and rear washer trick fits in with your other suspension bits.

The spacers fit between the self leveling sensors so the car thinks the car is carrying a caravan etc and pumps the bags up to re level the car but effectively go's 30-50mm higher than standard so nothing more than 20 odd flat washers and some longer bolts. The fronts need some 20mm spacers (check eBay) they mount at the top of the struts so that raises the body of the car 20mm off the standard suspension meaning no change to the standard suspension. Get a wheel alignment and presto.

Slightly more travell and better ride much dearer option but still felt it was worth it.
