Damien, they were shot on a Canon digital a550, it retails for under $200 bucks, quality of equipment helps but the little canon for the price does a great job, and as Mav said do a bit of research and learn the little things and then you just have to find the right spot.
Mate i am definately no professional, just need to practice and that is the beauty of digital, don't like it delete it.

Yeah, Digital has opened the world of photography up big time over the last few years.
I have a canon 300D DSLR, i just need the time to use it a bit more.

Yes we were only ten metres onto the beach, the suzi was following the other prado and their was a hilux stuffing around with the stubby lever in front of him and everyone pretty much come to stop and down went the suzi into the soft sand like a bag of sh#t, i was hanging back anyhow to make sure they were through, as it turned out it was a good move.

Pic was take a couple of weeks ago upon arrival. It's a little dirtier now. Mini-me in the garage too. This is the best car I have ever owned by far. :lol:
