  • The replacement for my old Petrol 120 arrived 3 weeks ago. Since then I've been busy bolting things on, wiring up and getting things done at Guests and ATS. Tried it out offroad now and it goes very nicely indeed.

Cheers Joey, I had a lot of fun in it, cruises, track days at Mallala etc etc. Got tiresome as my daily driver though.

That would be the plan, I'd love to have kept it as a weekend toy, was a really great car. If the Prado turns out to be half as good I'll be happy.

                      • You wont be disappointed with it. I got out of a worked RS Liberty into the Prado and i absolutely love it to death.

Theres just this little part of me that misses the exhaust note and that kick in the pants with a bit of boost dialed in.

That would be BJ's 02 STI. 60k is a bit far though, it's closer to just over half that. I have another good mate that's got an 06 STI (same as mine), Sean's been building him a stronger engine that'll probably cost upwards of 20k.

We have a track day organised on the 7th April, I'm now attending as the tow vehicle

                              • Must be another one then, I was there on Saturday for a while stripping the STI back to stock, I didn't really look at what was getting built.
