What size tyre did you end up getting? From memory they are a 17x7.5" rim?

Also picked up and fitted the new shoes, speedy only had 4 black chariots in stock and no date for restock, so changed to the flames. Much better looking than I thought they would be, actualy glad they didnt have the chariots.

finished up the dual battery today
used a redarc solinoid and O gauge cable, metered 14v at the solinoid so not worrying about the booster diode at this stage. Havn't wired in the over ride switch yet though. Ran the cable around the back of the engine bay in some hign temp harnes flex conduit, and mounted the solinoid behind the air filter with a 6 way fuse block off the Aux batt.

Is that passenger-side mounted mic so you don't have to fight over it?

    Top notch work there Glenn!

Spent all day yesterday installing the roof console, what a ^&*% of a job.
Cabling is easy, lining the console up straight and drilling holes in the right spot is not so easy.
But very happy with the end result, just need to get the bars on so I can mount some ariels.

I'm glad he'll now see it was a good idea.q
yer getting the 2 UHF's mounted same as yours, a 3510 on the bottom and a 3520 remote face on top, the Codan NGT all in one hand piece and will be mounted on the side plus a 3rd extension speaker underneath.
