Old mate from the dealership called me today. They are stripping the seat to try and sort it out. He told me if they can't definatley sort the fault out, he would get me a new seat from Toyota. Pretty happy with that arrangement.

Brand new seat out of a car on the lot fitted. The airbag light went out on its own !

New filter/separator purchased on the Roos advice. More insurance to keep the truck running like clockwork !

Where are you going to mount this filter? before or after the existing? will it put more strain on the pump?
I like the idea, cheap and good insurance.

Well I have sorted out my filter. I purchased the wrong one on eBay. Thankfully after talking to John (##########) and a few emails too the USA, I now have a Racor 230 set up on the way to my place.

Can't wait..

Cranky and impatient, that's me..

My racor is still in transit and i have a bracket sorted, ready to go. Did the 15,000km oil change, filter change and engine bay fuel filter (I do mine every 10,000km) this afternoon. Also threw in some Nulon gearbox additive, I noticed someone else mentioned it this week on the forum.

I used the additive in my Toyota workmate ute and the gearbox got very smooth hand nice to use. Will report back tomorrow after I get back from Sydney with my new coopers on.

Samo and I went to Sydney today and I got the new light truck coopers fitted. Very happy and they are great.

The gearbox stuff made the box slicker, but it's hard to pick. Can't post pics, as Photobucket is being a mongrel..
