Leg room for the rear seats in the 120 is limited. My 2.5yr old son's favourite thing at the moment is to push his feet into my chair - very annoying on a long car ride.NOW FOR SALE!!! - 2004 Silver GXL 3lt 4spd Auto - ARB Bullbar, Safari Snorkel, Redarc Dual Battery System, Cooper ST MAXX, Dark Tint, IPF900XS spots, Raised Bilstein/Kings Suspension/Firestone Airbags, Autosafe Cargo Barrier, Sandgrabbers, Rola Roof Rack Stuff, Insect Screen, Dust/Wind Deflectors, Sheepskin/Black Duck Seatcovers, GME TX3510, ARB underbonnet compressor, Allied Hammer Rims, ARB UVP, AJ Sliders

Matt did you seal up all the holes that the back trim sat in? There are some holes in the floor that will let dust in. Just checking...My 150 build - http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread.php?27423-A-Random-approach-to-a-Bluestorm-150-GXL-D4D-automatic

Thanks MJ. I wasn't aware of these holes, I will hunt them down and sort them out. I spent a few hours this arvo making the infills for the box and setting it up. It came up okay.
Cargo barrier mission is next....

Been buggering about this arvo, sorting out the cargo barrier. Made a cardboard template and used if to sort it all out. Cut the barrier and wrestled if into place for a trail fit. Did my usual trick of measuring everything twice and then welding the two bits of steel together wrong.. Anyhow, second time lucky...
Have hit it with a coat of paint and shall hit it again tomorrow. Hoping to have it all sorted and fitted up by Sunday, if I get time.

The holes are behind the door rubber seal where the tall plastic trim clipped into. I was going to leave these but noticed you can see to the ground in some places. So I just hit them with the neutral cure.My 150 build - http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread.php?27423-A-Random-approach-to-a-Bluestorm-150-GXL-D4D-automatic

Looking good Matt, my custom drawers are just about finished, just need to do the infills and fit the locks. I ordered a custom cargo barrier from Autosafe in Melbourne, it should be ready Monday at the latest...150 with stuff bolted on!

Thanks MJ.
Sounds like they are very experienced Josh. Once I trail refit my barrier, I will make a insert that that bolt to the false floor and give my somewhere to bolt down the bottom of my cage.[B][U]Matt

Finally finished painting the cage (bastard of a job) and chucked it in. Next step is to make a solid infill to infill to enable the bottom of the cage to be bolted into place..
My little helper insisted on a pose shot..
