Hi guys new to PP and new to Prado's. My last car was a 2005 Range Rover Sport diesel greta car, loved it but have to say loving the new Prado, just bought 2011 demo with 22,ooo ks ( just run in!) have commenced my rig build up so here is where I'm at a the moment :

The vehicle came with a Uni chip q box II (thats what the invoice says!!!) already installed , I bought it from a dealer in midland, it sounds excellent and im told it has approx 20 more KW and 50 more NM torque, but havent had that checked, and since ive not had a prado before cant compare but it is quite zippy off the mark. I have been watching the build ups for a while and have been learning quick watching others , it's Great to see what others have done and that has helped me determine what I want mine to look like. There are some awesome rigs and great idea's

The mod list sounds expensive, but then again, you are going to a Prado from a Range Rover Sport so I imagine you have some change left over?

Note quite the RR was 2005 model and surprisingly don't hold value as well as I would have liked, but I'm patient and will build up over the next year or two, building up to some big trips over the next few years, shark bay, canning stock route, then trip to Darwin then hopefully a round AUS trip in 2015. Of course this is all dependent on the misses and tin lids enjoyingbthentravel as much as me !

Ok have made a bit of dent on the rig build up, have installed headlight, bonnet and drivers window protectors, have had the airtec snorkel fitted from TJM in Perth, Patrick over there is excellent to deal with, also had wet seat front seat covers made and installed from TJM as well, looks great with the black and blue thread, have also bought Maxtrax 2 from ARb during open day for $265 bargain !!!, now need to give it a bit of a sand run. Next on list is Toyota factoryroof racks, HID headlight upgrade then, then dual battery set up and then tjm 13 bullbat and driving lights!!!
