Random, Finally got out in to some mud and the Pirellis did not cope at all. But I will buy these again as a road tire.

Okay so an update on things. I have done little lately. But started building a set of drawers for the back. Took out both rear seats and was left with this space.
So these are a trial set to see what I want to carry and how it will all fit. So I brought some 100kg runners from UES. then got the wood from Bunning's.
I measured up and brought timbers pre cut to width to make assembly easier.
So assembled the base and drawer bases and test fitted. All went well.
so made the drawer sides and all was going nicely.
Even worked out how to hold them in at the front. Those are two angle plates made from 2mm gal steel.

Part II.
So test fitted a bunch off stuff in and was happy with the result so far. Then put a peace of ply over the top and sat the fridge on top.
Well heaps higher than I thought. No worries I look at fridge slides that drop down. Well when I saw the price of these I knew it was redesign time.
So ditch the sides off the right hand drawer and place the fridge there. All went well for clearances and the things so I modded the drawer base with some tie downs.
Got some off that track with removable tie down rings and cut that up and screwed to the base to hold the fridge and things down.
S with the 50L Waeco on the drawer there was enough room to put my "portable" ARB twin head compressor at the front.
So this is what I have finished up with so far. I am going to make another drawer to stack on top. But as I am only dong day trips this went okay on it's first outing. Once I know what I want I will then get a set professionally built to suit.

Geertpike, Thank you very much. I am liking the mods you are doing to yours and in the future will borrow the idea for mine.
