Really pleased I installed the LED strip in my awning with the wireless remote dimmer. Great for camping
Craig,
What lights did you end up using for your awning lights? Are they hard wired?
Cheers

Can't remember Robert, it was a while back now. I'm pretty sure it was the 60leds/m waterproof 5050 smd in a 5m roll. I haven't hardwired it. What I did do was buy from Jaycar some mono audio jacks to use as plugs and in the top pic you can see the plug tail sitting there. All I do is plug into my accessories plug in the rear and poke the lead out through the side glass to plug in when required. (dont think the 150's have an opening side glass?)
Have a look at my build, there should be some shots on how I've mounted mine there. It's tight but does the job! The bracket was nice and easy to make, let me know if you need anything else.
Finally got my custom mounting pod completed for my phone carkit cradle.
Its a fiberglass pod covered in black leather.
How is that mounted befind the cradle?
Is there another bracket? or didi you glue / drill the panel?
Cheers

Made up a fibreglass pod to screw the cradle mount to. We then screwed this to the panel (centre speaker panel) as this will be the cheapest to replace at a later date if required.

Clocked over and just had the 120K service. I must say the auto is running 15-20 degrees cooler with the Davis Craig unit sitting on Tin's brackets. Should of done this 120,000 kms ago.
