Majorp, the tint is listed as Octane on the invoice. Was from a company associated with Tint-a-car.

The awning came in very handy on weekend! Kept things much cooler than previously.

Found this going for a good price today, so it's been added to my evergrowing list of things that I've got to fit to the Prado

And to think, I'd just conviced the wife we didn't need to worry about how we could get a winch before we do our Simo crossing. When "Bam!"I turn up at home with one.

Finally fitted rear fold down shelf. After having all the bits sitting around the shed for past month or so.

Did the St Alban bay track a couple of weeks ago, I certainly learned the effects of tire pressure. All of us failed to make it over first big dune at 18 or 20psi, but when we all dropped to 15psi the prados made it over nicely (as did other vehicles). A lesson well learned

I'm just glad we figured the problem out (with some other blokey help) before our wives provided the required advice!

Oh Yeah, we'd have never lived that down.

Rear shelf. Still got to tidy a few bits up, but it's in.

Thought I was finished the fold down table, as had trimmed all screws etc., but there's a bit too much flex in the sheet, so night have to run a bit of alli angle to stiffen it.

My "budget" sand flag can be seen in a pic in Smithy's rig build, post #9. An old rod with a flag the missus grabbed from a toy shop.

Knocked-up the mounting point from an alluminium attachment that was redundant due to damage to part of it (which got chopped off anyway)

Heard the flag smack a few overhanging branches and it survived, so I'm pleased - even if I do cop a bit of crap about the "pretty" flag.

Finally got the draws trimmed and installed properly. Just got to put a "wing" of the side of the draws to finish it off.
