    • Let me know if Hels notices the difference and approves. I don't have anything to compare to, as I fitted mine the day the rack went on...

Hope the homestead is OK - SES predicting big winds (I know a shock for Tassie!) and heavy rain.

There were a few places around with damage, but not too bad back then - got to admit I like having to use 4WD to get to my sites, especially when I need to drop to low.

Had -planned to go see the storm chasers at Marawah tommorrow, but not to sure now.

              • Stu has just informed me that he only ment for a couple of 375ml cans to be drunk - not the litre bottle that was opened after....

And that's what he wants you to believe Ben...

                Honestly...

                • OK, we've got this waterproof baby for when we go to the beach - or when we want something that will be waterproof / dustproof while we are traveling.

I don't believe you for a second re Stu's intentions with said bottle of Beam. As for the wind deflector - I will certainly see you coming with that bright pink sticker!

Unfortunately the UHF is a little down the track at the moment.

                            • While some things may have to wait, I did manage to pick-up some protection for my old IPF800's while I was waiting to get our prado back from a service.

                              • Fitted the winch into the bar today, then had to remove it as I hadn't rotated the selector and it was almost impossible to reach, plus the bolts supplied were too short so had to fit without washers. At least I know what I need to do before fitting it properly.

At least I had a friend to console me...
