Had a terrific week at Fraser over easter, the prado and the trailer did great. We camped just near ocean lake right before ngala rocks up the top end. Spent many days exploring low range tracks and did a very big freshwater crossing near Awinya creek on the western side of the island. Go pro video to come soon, water was half way up the windscreen and surprisingly no leaks in the car somehow.

Yes was very lucky for the 2nd easter fraser trip in a row. The week before the weather was rubbish so very lucky we chose the right week. Awesome pics. So looking forward to our trip in Sept school hols. First trip in the Prado. Had a GU Patrol and 100 Series before that.2007 GXL V6 - ARB Bullbar with LED lights, snorkel, extractors, 2 1/4" dual exhaust, K&N filter, dimpled/slotted rotors, headrest dvd players, Ebay Satnav/reverse camera, GME 3100TX, Tigerz11 Side awning on custom brackets with Maxtrax mounts, 300W Invertor, ARB Underbody protection, Lightbar and STZ 265/70 tyres.
Wish list in order I'll get them: Sliders, 2" lift, E-locker, Winch bar with winch.Comment

Its a great spot you will love it. Turns out I was up in Fraser during the same week. Apart from rain on one night the weather was perfect. Looks like a good trip.Michael

Great pics there. Love Fraser. I'm up there for a week every year, although we stay in a house at Yidney Rocks and use that as our base for Trips throughout the Island. This year will be my first Prado Trip, previously had a D40 Navara, must say the Kaka is worlds away from the Navara, be nice to travel in this level of comfort...Comment

Hey Mate, do you know what size bolt the pins are? is it an M8 or M10? just wondering if I could use them in my channel nuts on the rhino platform. cheers

Will upload some pics later on, I simply bolted them through my rack, had to make some metal plates for the mesh under the rack to bolt them to but as not much goes in my rack these days I thought I would fit them up there instead of using trax rax on the side of the rack. Lets be honest, you dont need maxtrax much in a locked prado!
