good point mj, thats why i used a flap disc to round them off as much as much as i could, so that should help. cheers samo

will be spraying the trailer with paint this weekend, then will be making plywood compartments and drawers for inside it + a fridge slide and then marine carpeting it all after I run power everywhere and 12V outlets, switches and led lighting!

Painted the beast on the weekend. It's been coated in penetrol, then red oxide steel primer then two coats of hammertone enamel.

just bought one of these to throw in my camper i am building at the moment, price is great! I wanted something like this because it is self igniting unlike the coleman and cube style ones as it will be connected to the kitchen sink and shower.

Great work with the trailer. I like the idea of the hot water service!!!
Just a note, with the front spring hangers you should reinforce them some how. A good way is to actuallt take the draw bar right back to the hanger and stitch them together or weld on a support.
How they break, and its a common weak point on trailer, is the pounding movement as the trailer moves forward on dirt road fatigues them and tears them backwards.

Laid some marine carpet yesterday. Will carpet sides on the weekend and also make up plywood divisions off the tabs I've welded if you can see in the pics then carpet the ply too just to keep everything tidy.
