Hi guys I have ben lurking the threads for a while now so thought I'd say g'day and write a bit about my prado.
I picked her up at the city motor auctions in eagle farm in Brissy with 94000km on the clock and a few extras for under 20K so was very happy with that. Since then I have replaced the factory bullbar with a tigerz11 steel bar and 12,000 pound hercules steel winch. I have added a tigerz11 full length steel roof rack and awning with strip lighting inside.
On anzac day I have also just thrown on a beaudesert exhaust, man what a mission! The exhaust itself fitted great but the bolts on my turbo from the dump pipe were so corroded and rusted I had to remove the whole turbo out of the engine bay and grind the bolts on on the vice then re-install it all. Anyway very happy with the exhaust now its all back on!
Next on the list which I have sitting in the shed is a tough dog 2" lift kit and ironman bash plates for under the car as I ripped the transfer bash plate off at fraser island over easter.
I hope to see you all around soon and I will throw up some pics as the progress continues.
