Yes I replaced the old antennae for the AE4705B before last years Cape trip as I had lost a few of the smaller AE4018's to corrugations as they had snapped at the base of the Whip. I'll take a few shots of the fuse block and breaker setup tonight for you.

So it's been a while since this thread has been updated. With a big trip planned for next year to the Red Centre, the only real concern for me has been the suspension with some very leaky Bilsteins in the rear as a result of getting smashed on our Cape trip a couple of years ago they have been well neglected. That along with what we know now about the mismatching of the A712/713s when lifted, and thoughts of the Airbags copping a rogue projectile when hitting remote outback tracks in the back of my mind, an opportunity came my way to snaffle the last set of Ironman Foam Cell Pro's from Whitey's group buy. This was the best decision I have made! The valving that Whitey has developed for theses shocks is out of this world!. We replaced the Airbags with amts rear Coil conversion springs (120ABHD's) which are made by Kings and coupled with Firestone Helper airbags for when I'm loaded. Up front are the Dobinson springs which replaced the Kings HDD (800lb) springs which were too firm and not compatible with the valving of Whitey's Ironman kit. Some pics below of the new setup.
Old Vs New (big difference...)
Fronts in with a touch of bling by way of Superior Eng sway bar relocation blocks...
amts Rear Coil Conversion springs with GXL Bumpstops which the diameter of the cone needed to be trimmed to fit into the spring. This will also be used as a spacer for the airbags
Rear Coils in place
All installed and sitting pretty...
Flex Time!!!! (how many Grande's out there that can flex with the best of them?
Cant wait to take the Grande offroad to see just how good this Ironman kit is. But going on how hard we tested it on an undisclosed test track, it's gonna be awesome! Big thanks of course goes to the Suspension Guru Whitey. Mate your bloods worth bottling!!Last edited by craigm; 27-04-2018, 03:44 PM.2004 V6 Grande. BLACK -

Shock Guards
Picked up a set of Tin's revised bigger better stronger shock guards to keep my new Ironman Foam Cell Pro rear shocks protected from stone strike recently. I did have to trim approx 10mm off the corner due to my 17x9 +20 wheels as the guards were touching the wheel but all good now.
