Wow. SWMBO vowed she didn't like black rims, but after seeing photos of your rig she isn't so sure.
She's thinking a second set of wheels in black might not be too bad.

Went down to the south coast and looked after my son for the weekend so we found some nice tracks and had an awesome time, I wasn't game enough to try the power-line tracks without sliders. I've ordered a set off Andrew (AJ120) so hope to see them in a couple of weeks.

Heading down to the High Country in November so may have to take some time off work to finish off the mods. The more I read these build threads the more my wish list grows.....

I picked up my Acer A1-810 tablet the other day and had Ian (iantz) sort me out with an SD loaded with OZi and Australia Topo 250 maps. Worked very well when used with my Garmin 5" Street GPS loaded with ShonkyMaps. Still have to download my trip data so I can view it in Google Earth. Looking at other maps to load like Hema etc...

Sent AJ's sliders to the powdercoaters? To get them colour coded?

Would be keen to see a pic of that with the silver.

I recall Hutch & Rogerthatv2 getting their side steps Color coded. Came up trumps and also provided a nice smooth edge on the Aluminium top (TJM & ARB Steps...)

I think Hutch got the actual tread plate coloured coded?

I was thinking more like just the tube underneath being colour coded with the tread plate left shiny.

In this case Jamie opted to get them in a raw state and get the powder coating done at his end.

Thanks Craig, been in the queue for a few months now, patiently waiting....

Hi Madkore, I know a powder coater here and get pretty good prices so I got them sent raw, anywhere I can save a buck, specially having paid for freight. Yes I missed out on the famous undies! Also not having seen one of the AJ120 sliders in the flesh I couldn't decide whether to colour the checker plate or leave as is. Once I received them I decided having them powder coated gave them more of a professional finish and also kept the colour dark in that area which is the look I'm after.

Very, Very, Very, happy with the sliders, the fitting, the extra clearance, the welding etc...
