Gday guys here my my 2000 90 series VX prado.

Bought it last year after my wife's Kia Rio blew up. Fed up with continually fixing it and also wanting to buy a fourbie I convinced my wife to get rid of it for a more reliable car. Just so happened she was keen on the prado. So we got it stock as a rock with only the driving lights. The plan is to build a tourer for me the boss two kids and the dog. So far externally I have added a tigerz11 roof rack with tigerz11 roof top tent, tigerz11 22in led light bar and Bridgestone desert dueler tyres. Interior wise I have installed a Xtrons double din DVD player with GPS and reversing camera, xtrons DVD screen headsets for the kids, gme tx3100 uhf and cargo barrier. Future plans are to add 2in lift kit and build my own rear storage including a spot for the dog. Will add photos of mods when I get a chance.

Installed uhf last night...gme tx3100 in place of the ash tray...to my amazement the bracket screwed into the same hole as the ash tray perfectly. Will get some pics of progress up tonight

$255 on eBay comes with antenna aswell. Came from a bricks and mortar shop in Sydney really good service.great little radio perfect for the 90 in place of the ash tray (if you don't smoke and have no use for it ofcourse)

That's where I put mine. Out of the way of normal driving days and prying eyes.

Got caught up playing with some wiring tonight so will wash the ol girl tomorrow and get some updated photos up ASAP.
