    Wow.

    Nice job so far.

Those Fox Shocks are insane! Awesome awesome thread lc120_man!

Great to see you use the vehicle while still building it up as you needed.

Funny to read the early comments such as 'are you going to get it dirty?'

                Back2basics,

Thanks for knd words - to me it looks almost bog stock standard

Yes, the lcool mod has been done... At the time there were no 17" rims available.. I would suggest go for 17" if you are doing it now.

                Cheers,

                Stan

Finally had a chance to drop in to Darren from Auto-Craft to fit the brake upgrade which I ordered about 6 months ago

                  Front:

                  Old rotors

                  undo the bolts

new DBA slotted rotors and Bendix brake pads fitted

                  and the rear:

                  old rotors

                  and the new ones

The car brakes much better now

I reckon brakes are definitely one of those must do mods but often gets relegated to the back of the line because it doesn't improve the look of the vehicle.

I was of the impression it was not optimal to change both pads and rotors at the same time?

How are you finding the Fox Shocks on/off road now you have racked a few kms on them?

Pads and rotors are best changed toghether. They need a bit of bedding in to for about a week to reach full breaking efficiency, but even as it is out
of the shops car breakes much better when it ever did...

The Fox Shocks are excellent, thought it hard to describe as you have to drive it to see the difference. Basically I can go almost twice as fast on the corners
etc compared to bilsteins and on the currigations they get barelly warm... Also there is comfort factor which other shocks don't have...

                              Just a quick question,
you show the brake rotors changing, and a note saying undo bolts.
Was it just a matter of undoing the 2 bolts for the caliper and the rotor coming off, or was it more to it than that?
