    Hey Jacob,

I have fitted the Kaymar rear bar to mine, it incorperates the rear tow bar, so no need to get one of those if you haven't already. Fitting it was definatly a pain, and best left to someone who knows what they are doing unless you are really keen. All done though I'm glad I've got it, it looks really good and feels solid. Everything bolts up nice and neat and there are a lot of bolt on accessories.

When you order it, make sure the salesman knows what he/she is ordering, or cares enough to ask Kaymar. For a full fitment on a new vehicle (no tow bar) you will need the bar, fitting kit, wheel carriers/jerry holder, trailer & rear light wiring kit and camera relocation kit. If you already have a tow bar you can use the original loom, just need to splice into it for the tail lights. If you are concerned about warranty on the vehicle, the looms for the kits are made by Lumen for Kaymar, Lumen also make the accessory and trailer looms for Toyota Australia.

Lift is a personal thing, and like tyres, most people have an oppinion. Work out what you want out of your suspension (daily drive with weekend beach trips, long distance heavy loaded touring, etc.), how much lift and a budget and them people can give you a much better idea of what suspension options would suit you.

I have the powerful 4x4 side steps, they are cheap and seem well built, they hug the body better than the ARB & TJM equivalents and look good in my opinion.

Looks good though mate, I like the look of the Sahara & T3 style bars but just kept thinking I would need the extra protection of the outer loops for my use. Intensities look good on there too, you happy with the light output for the cost?

    Cheers,
    Andy

Thanks for the tips on the rear bar will keep that in mind when the time comes!! As for the lift I would like to do more touring long distances and with a camper trailer on as well so I'd imagine I'd be chasing something in the heavy duty range. I went for the Sahara bar for two reason it was abit of a compromise with the wife as originally she didn't want a " great big bullbar thing" hahaha and also I like the look of them and you don't see many around. Thought about the lack of protection on the wings but I guess I just hope it's not needed. As for the intensity yeah they are good!! But dollar wise I'm sure there is better options out there.
      Thanks for the tips

      Cheers
      Jacob
