Nah not yet, was going to chuck it up on Gumtree. Someone might want it for a trailer or bush basher. I did get my money back though.

Picked up a dash mat today from supercheap today, trying for a pit of protection for the dash. The fit seems ok, I will have to get some decent 3M velcro to secure it properly.

Waiting for my seat covers to turn up, I went with the taylor made Wetseat covers, hopefully they should arrive next week.

I also want to replace the floor mat, thinking some Sandgrabbas may be the go to assist with catch all the dirt/mud!!

A few pics of how the UHF is fitted, the unit is up under the dash with the mic mount on a clicon bracket so no drilling into the dash or console.

Which Clicon bracket did you order Kenny? I've been meaning to do something similar for mine, I've just been putting the mike in the little ash tray/cup behind the shifter till now.

                  G'day Fido,

It the centre mount low, keeps everything nice and neat and out of the way!

Thanks for that. Is that the only part you had to order from them to make it work?

Yep thats all you need, other than a few nuts, bolts or screws to attach the mic mount. I just used some small philips head bolts and nyloc nuts from bunnings.

                        Hi Kenny,
I have a Sunland dash mat on order at Autobarn coming this week, I was going to try a few black cable ties in the vents near the windscreen to hold it in place. Should be invisible and might work better than velcro, time will tell

                          Hi mate,

Its a good idea, I was thinking about doing a similar thing, I think I read it in someone else's rig build up.

                          Cheers

The new Wetseat seat covers arrived today. The quality looks high and fit isn't to bad as they should settle a little with use. IMO they could be better with some stitching or rings around the holes that the headrest mounts go through and a a fully enclosed back that has a new pocket instead of the gap to access the original pocket. Overall I think they are pretty good.
