Time to get off my arse and put some progress shots on line.

Started life as a 2008 GXL Auto option pack 1 delivered on the 23May 2008.
Was to be fitted with ARB Sahara bar & tow bar.
Didn't get any shots with the Grandcraps fitted as they were only on the car for 15min after delivery. :lol:

Day1 Wrong bullbar fitted & after 1st mod 265X75R17 BF Goodrich AT's.



Next changes occurred at the WA tech day 2008 50mm lift with Bilsteins & Lovells springs.






Leachy was great with poly airs and suspension thanks Leachy.

Snorkel thanks to the tech day.


The markup thanks to Fishnut for letting Chippy practice on his car first. :wink:


Dam hard drilling holes in a car with less than 1000ks on the clock.


All drilled thanks Chippy... :shock:


Finished snorkel.


The most important bit thanks Russ.


Finished product of the Tech day.

Bullbar removed and bumper back on.



Sahara bar fitted finally.


Driving lights go on. 8)





Next with Camprite in tow.

Yea that's why I went to so much trouble getting it changed after the dealer stuffed up and fitted the wrong bar it just didn't look right. 8)

Hi Chuck,

What sort of bar was that fitted? Sort of looks somewhat ARBish but doesn't have the usual ARB Logo in the bottom left corner and the bar is chrome. Is that a TJM or Ironman Bullbar?

Not sure of the brand but it is not Ironman, it's some kind of Chinese knock off off the ARB.
It was not what I ordered and after some useful discussion at the tech day, I decided to make them put on what I paid for.

Chuck that looks very much like the latest offerings from ironman with all of the bling around the lights.

P.S the truck is looking good by the way.

That what I thought too, but Ironman don't have the silver bling around the fog lights, they are very similar to ARB in that area.
