Cheers mate it will never end up as modified as the old Lux was, have seriously been looking into a coil SAS for the front a lot lately though, that and a supercharger with some barwork would see me happy :mrgreen:

Well the current -12 rims are sticking a little too far out past the flares, so they will be up for sale with the STTs on them in the next few days.

After annoying Ryano for a few weeks it will be getting a set of new rims tomorrow in a 17x8, +0 offset, should pull the wheels in just enough. I am also getting the STT replaced with a set of Cooper Discoverer ATRs as with the purchase of the Jeep the Playdo doesnt really require muddies. Just something a little more aggressive than a HT and with a stronger sidewall construction.

Also getting the soft springs replaced with the next rate up to accomadate for the front bar and also to lose some bodyroll on corners. Will also get the air up kit finally fitted to the ARB compressor under the bonnet for pumping tyres up after the beach trips. 8)

All I have to do then is get the headrest screens hooked up, find a roofrack low enough for it to fit in the garage with it on and fit an awning. Hope to have that all completed by the end of the year.

Very nice choice.
Love the barwork on the front too.

With the supercharged idea,,, will it be top mount? I have a supercharged ecotech motor in the shed, displacement must be similar... Or get a 4.7v8 from a US 4runner? same chassis?

Cheers mate, when I do supercharge it I will probably use the Raptor kit through www.monsterrides.com.au seems to be a fair price and ticks all the right boxes also.

Did the 265/70r17 effect fuel economy at all, i'm looking at putting the cooper st maxx tyres on mine.
