Nice build up, I'm very impressed!
I bought mine in March with the intent of achieving what you have done in a week, over a few months! (maybe longer!)

I'm really interested in seeing more of the rear Kaymar bar, in particular the wheel carrier.

Does the position of the wheel still align with the recess in the rear door?

I guess from what you are saying that for around town you'll have the spare attached to the rear door (ie take the wheel bracket off off the rear bar?) and then refit the wheel bracket when you take a trip.?

If you've got some more photo's of your rear end :shock: that would be great!!!

Thanks for the extra photo. I saw the kaymar bar at the C+C show in Sydney and thought it was pretty good. I'd be interested to know what you think of it after your next trip (is it a worth while option?).

Just a couple of quick questions... You've opted for the jerry can holder instead of a second spare... what was the reason (if any)? Are you planning on carrying extra fuel or water? Did kaymar/ARB supply the spacers for the spare wheel bracket on the rear door?

Mark, very nice rig. Kaymar rear bar sits alot better than the ARB one's. Had close look at it today when following you from the Hallam pub heading towards F/gate. (silver 09 Prado) Hows the exhaust going? Thinking of upgrading mine too. Cheers Darren

Thanks Darren, Yours is looking Great as well love the Scoop, The Kaymar Bar is Really good about to fit the Twin Carriers on it This Weekend as i am about to head to the Darwin and the Kimberly's for 3 Months as for the exhaust makes a heap of difference off the Bottom to Mid Range

Nice, should be a great trip for that long. Also heading off soon, 12th July, 4 weeks, Lake Eyre, Alice and surrounds, then Simpson Crossing, Innaminka and back down to Flinders Ranges, before heading home. I might have to give Sterling a call re exhaust, always looking for a bit more go. Have a safe trip.
