        Mate,

Would love to know how the Airtec goes, I would not have thought it but I think I am leaning towards it over the Safari...

Do you have any other pics or comments having had it a few days...

        Thanks,

        Ben

          Re: ABR-SIDEWINDER's 150 GXL

I must say I am happy, I had one on the LC100 for 10 years and was very happy.

This one needed some TLC when fitting but is also great.

          1) It seals well.
          2) It looks good.
          3) It does not create any wind or engine noise.
          4) It gives me confidence.

Cheers, I have to say I am just about sold on it and the wife has given me the thumbs up as well, so here we go. I have a TD so I am thinking it will be a little easier to install... I hope!

Never thought I'd see the day when I would say that I really like the look of an Airtec snorkel...

                Re: ABR-SIDEWINDER's 150 GXL

                G'day ABR-SIDEWINDER,
                Nice rig, lookin' good...
                Couple of questions...
                - how goes the BFG ATs, any issues or concerns? and
                - what is the height from ground to roof (trying to work out if similar beast will fit in garage), note please exclude the aftermarket roof rack from the measurement.

                thanks

                  Re: ABR-SIDEWINDER's 150 GXL

BFG's are great, I had them on my 100 series too.

Height with the lift kit and BFG's to the top of the factory rails is 199cm.

                  Regards

                  Derek

Yes we did get some water in, about 3 inches.

I will have the door seals changed at the next service as we also got a lot of dust in too.
