Picked up my GXL V6 yesterday

    Picked up my GXL V6 yesterday

    And I have a grin on me as big as a Cheshire Cat

    44kms on the clock from the dealer, 128kms on it now after getting home and then heading out for a quick photoshoot.





    Completely stock at the moment, but I have plans.

                Yeah sure do. Planning on adding a bar, snorkel, compressor and maybe a winch (depending on finance and suspension I guess). Later a lift, but need to scrape up more funds first.

                No flash on these, both shot in the late afternoon. Canon 5DMkII + 17-40L + Polariser. Take a couple of exposure readings for the light and dark parts, then work out a compromise exposure that gets you the look you're after.

                      any reason in particular u went for the v6? not a fan of diesel? had u driven both? sorry for the 20 questions just curious

                          I had a bad experience with diesel on my old Triton 4wd ute and thus was somewhat turned off by the idea of another diesel.
