Long term though, I'm thinking either modify the tailgate slider/limiter, or the spare holder, or a new rear bar, hmmm.....glen_ep - engineered, 4" lift, 33" 255/85R16, lockers, 4.88 ratios www.pradopoint.com.au/showthread.php?17237 www.youtube.com/user/glenep www.fb.com/groups/ToyotaPrado90

Lambo, hell no!
I'm pretty sure the auto's torque converter is working overtime, so next is 4.88 ratios to get some power back. I've just ordered the parts from the states while the rates are still reasonable.glen_ep - engineered, 4" lift, 33" 255/85R16, lockers, 4.88 ratios www.pradopoint.com.au/showthread.php?17237 www.youtube.com/user/glenep www.fb.com/groups/ToyotaPrado90

In order to make use of the added clearance from the body lift, maybe you should look into a custom transmission mount to lift it 1.5". It would angle the engine downward and increase the uni-joint angles but would add clearance under the transfer case and transmission sump.Declan: 1997 GXL 4.5 Auto 80 series on LPG, ARB bullbar, 2" OME lift, 32" MTZ, GME UHF, rear ARB locker, Kaymar spare wheel carrier

Another on the long term list would be raising the sub tank... it's way too low.glen_ep - engineered, 4" lift, 33" 255/85R16, lockers, 4.88 ratios www.pradopoint.com.au/showthread.php?17237 www.youtube.com/user/glenep www.fb.com/groups/ToyotaPrado90
