    Striders GXL

    The Prado arrived last Tuesday and I am very impressed.



    Ordered from the Dealer with ARB Bull Bar, ARB Alloy Roof RFack, Safari Snorkel, Toyota Tow Bar, ERPS 10 Pad Electronic Rust Control and Rear DVD Player.





    I spent the weekend fitting the ORS Drawers and Fridgeslide





    And a Cetek DC to DC Charger and Dual Battery.





    Still got the UHF, Fox Wing Awning (from my last vehicle) and Rear DC outlets to fit.

      What length ORS Draws did you get?
      Ive been thinking about getting a set ORS draws when my Prado arrives. But with the water tank fitted behind the middle seat but not sure if there will be much room left in the as they fit short draws fitted to accomadate the water tank.
      150 Prado D4D GXL Blue Storm, T13 TJM Bar, 265/70/17 Goodyear MTR Kevlar, Tigers11 1200 pound 2 speed Winch, Fox Shocks remote resevor, Air tec Snorkel, ARB Air Lockers Front and Back, Off Road Systems Draws with Drop Down Fridge Slide, Wetsuit seatcovers.

          Hi Red, draw dimensions (internal) are 460W x 750L x 185H. They leave a space approxamately 180mm at the bottom and 130mm at the top vacant behind the rear seats when the seats are pushed right back. I went the ORS because they are so light, only 37.5 KG for the Aluminium model.

            Is there some spare space at the back of the draws for a water tank? or is there shorter draws for the tank set up? Any pics of the space?
            And what type/size of DVD player did you get?

              Nice looking Prado you have there, I will keep an eye out for it next time I am in Hervey Bay. Did you get the tyres changed over in Hervey Bay or at the Dealer level?

                  Thanx for the comments everyone, I got the tyres changed at Bob Jane here at the bay for $800 changeover. The DVD is a Clarion.

                  As stated above there is a space behind the seat, I will try and get a pic and post it soon.
