Just some of the trees look familiar of being up that way, so took a wild guess. Was there myself just over a year ago - now I'm stuck looking at pictures of it on my digital photo frame on my desk!

Lovely spot of the country - glad its a long drive though with not much inbetween there and Perth. Keeps at least some of the crowds away.

Would love to get back there or Exmouth next year with the fam!

Too right. You would think so, but it was packed! heaps of the grey nomads round there. Some of them stay there for months at time. Good if you can get it I spose

hmm still on the list. I actually chased it up only a couple of weeks ago and got all the paperwork sent through. however now that I'm in Karratha I'll have to do the drive down south to get it done.

I actually had made several calls to the chaps at superior, but as soon as i mentioned that it was a vx with KDSS, they got very short with me and told me "no it is impossible with the KDSS because it stuffs up the computer...".

When i asked MR's about it they admitted they had never done one before but were more than happy to try. Which was the type of can do attitude which is rare, i think his words were "if the yanks can do it on their trucks, we shouldn't have a problem".
It's perfect, the front has sagged a little bit, but i just need to get around to tweaking that a bit. But Definitely no computer issues, so i'm pretty sure that story was me just getting thrown into the too hard basket.

This is the same story I've had from a number of installers. Did you find out if monster rides actually needed to do anything to deal with the KDSS?

Hi Sorry guys for the exremely late reply.
Micmac, from talking to the installer, they didn't touch anything to do with the KDSS. They did struggle a bit, but it worked out in the end. i think if they didn another one they would be a bit better prepared.

rwo, yeah lane change test is definitely required.

G'day ages good looking rig mate �� I've just ordered a new one my self! Could you tell me how high your truck is to the roof with the 3" kit and tyres you used? Hoping to do similar with mine using superior engineering kit as I only have the gxl but like you want it to fit into my garage if I can!
