          Hi Brett

They are 265/70/R17- no rubbing that we have noted, but I try not to have the wheels at full lock.

Been good so far, not that much road noise to note

                Re: Rastabackos Silver 150

                Hey Dan

Agree, they are pretty plain first up- but when they get added to, man they look up for it

I actually used yours as a bit of a base, and it helped a lot- so big cheers for your build up. We both (me mainly, but i lost the battle!) like the blue, but when it came time, it ended up silver.

Brett, I also ummed and ahhhed about tyres for quite awhile- it was a BFG/Cooper/Mickey debate, got lots of info from this site, and made a decision- and ended up Cooper. had these on a 76 we took up Simpson desert last year, brilliant, and we are wrapped about them on the Prado. The main sticking point was size, 265/65 or 245/65 or 265/70???!!!!! ended up not worrying to much, and will get a engineer report done in not to distant future, just to be compliant(and save any hassles with the blue brigade and insurance!)

This is a great site for info on what to do, and its always nice to see the fruits add up!! will post a picture later today, last mod for a bit, the HIDs

                Cheers

If used for bush bashing white and silver are the best in my opinion. I have pin stripes all over the vehicle (grey) and are more visible if not waxed

Totally agree- and that was the main reason for silver.

I do work up in Nth Flinders, and we use gov cars, which are Patrols. One time we got a dark brown/grey, looked great, but the paint by the end was trashed! and visible from a distance, whereas the whites, if you look you can see the scratches and bumps, but you can see them really well.

I have scratched this one quite nicely the other day, and even that is hard to see (but it was a good scratch!)

Is this a D4D or V6? It's not written in your sig and not anywhere is this thread (well not that I can see).
