      Here are some pics...

Folded up its slim enough that you don't see it in the rear view.

Plenty big enough for the kids...

Excuse the random Mickey Mouse. The good thing is the adults don't have to listen anymore thanks to wireless headphones.

To be honest I haven't tried it yet. I'll let you know when we actually get some sunshine up here... I've forgotten what it looks like.

I'd say the screen would get a bit of a shine but you can rotate the screen about 45° either side of centre which could help with the sun shine.

            Re: Roadblock's 2011 GXL D4D Build up

Just finished fitting the 'wetseat' neoprene seat covers that I ordered about 2 weeks before the car got here. I actually got them through TJM but customised them to grey neoprene with stitching to match the colour of the car... something different. Definitely worth the wait though! The quality of the covers is great, they fit great and are relatively easy to install. Probably took me about 2 hours in total to fit front and middle rows. They have inidividual covers for each part of the GXL middle row. I even ended up with what looks to be a miniature headrest cover left over???

Close... I just went to check and spotted the little piece of seat back poking out from underneath the centre arm rest... fitted like a glove.

I am looking at the same unit, have you tried playing movies on it via a usb stick? Also seeing you got it from ebay did you install it yourself? If so was it difficult?
                  thanks, Andrew

I have tried once to play a .iso I copied to a stick and it didn't work but I haven't tried any other formats like mpeg or avi. I didn't buy it from ebay. I bought it from elinz electronics. They were really good to deal with and offer warranty, etc. I had planned to install it myself but chickened out and got a local 'auto installations' guy to do it. He spent half a day doing it and charged me $200 but did a great job. Very professional. If you want to do it yourself I'd recommend reading lissted's awesome installation instructions at viewtopic.php?f=46&t=9025&st=0&sk=t&sd=a

Is the screen blocking the rear view mirror completly when in action?
