Hi guys. I'm new to this site and I have read all your messages that I can muster. I am about to spend a small fortune on what I consider a great 4wd - The latest 07 GLX Prado D4D Auto. I realise that the wait is about 3 months depending on colour/options.

My previous beast was a '92 GLS Pajero petrol fuel guzzler.

I was hoping that someone would know what the new Prado 07 changes are compared to the previous model. I have heard of Rear LED brake lights, wiring harness for rear view camera (optional) and dual zone climate controlled air conditioning system.

What are the options for a good dash fitter GPS?

Would appreciate the feedback guys.

AUGUST 2007 BUILD

Prado Technical Change(Dated 15 June 2007). From August 2007 production a technical change for Prado will take place. This is to introduce some new additions to the current grades. The new additions to the grades are: GX - Leather Steering Wheel with Audio Controls; Wire harness for fitment of rear camera; Wide Mud Guards; Wireless Door Locks; Overfender Flares. Option Pack Three(Automatic Transmission) ABS; Cruise Control; Leather Shift Lever; Front Side and Curtain Shield Airbags; VSC/TRC; Dual Zone front climate control air conditioning and rear cooler with separate control. GXL - Leather Steering Wheel with Audio Controls; Wire harness for fitment of rear camera; Leather Shift Lever; Dual Zone front climate control air conditioning and rear cooler with separate control.
