    PRADO IN AMAZON...

    Hello friends,
    Excuse my English, but with time I will learn. This year did an expedition by the famous Transamazonian in Brazil ( http://br.youtube.com/watch?v=yqHBP199JdY , http://br.youtube.com/watch?v=7MweQmY6E2M , http://br.youtube.com/watch?v=_RIW6GOyUwg , http://br.youtube.com/watch?v=XzH-2vlbkqE ), where I live, I was with my Toyota Hilux SR5 1999, but was also an owner of Prado, watch the video: http://br.youtube.com/watch?v=vn3rx0heeTY ... next year I'm thinking about returning to the Amazon, but with my Prado, does she bear it as my Toyota Hilux? Of all the Hilux vehicles that not only was the show car broke ... ... TOYOTA THE BEST!

    Your English is pretty good. Keep posting and I am sure you will improve even more with time.

    I can't believe the maximum temperature indicated on your trip website... 59 degrees Celsius. Phew... that's hot. And I thought Australia could get hot at times :!: :!: :!:

    Its always very interesting to read trip reports and see pics from international members, so don't be shy. Hope you get to do the Amazon trip in your Prado - would be very interested to read about that trip and see how the Prado goes.

      Thanks, but I have to use very dictionary to write ... it is easier to read ... but with time and are dedicating will learn.

      Yes ... the Amazon in Brazil may believe, there is very hot ... 59 degrees at noon ... and the humidity is very high is very tiring ... we must stop to bathe in rivers of piranhas and enfestados alligators, but worth every bit of adventure.

      Ideally, the TOYOTA give me a sponsorship because setting the Prado is a high cost, because in Brazil everything is very expensive ... let's see ... I trust it and in my Hilux SR5 ... but I have done some playing with the Prado and I think it will good. I will again at the end of February 2009.

      Big hug to everyone and have a goal to come to Brazil to do off road in the Amazon.

          I think this is the dream of any off road ... since the first time you watch the videos of the Camel Trophy in Brazil, that I was crazy to go to Transamazonian ... this year could achieve this dream and want to do again on another route ... is a dream walk on the roads of the Amazon ... and only an offhand Toyota, in its original suspension and traction is able to survive such a trip without presenting problems ... with my SR5 is 280mil km rounds and 10 years.

                      Wow, bloody good pics. Remind me of some of the tracks we played on in the NT during the wet. ntpryce Im sure you have seen some of them. Im not sure I want to take my poor girl in there, might not get it back. Looks amazing and Im sure your having a ball.

                        Dude, I'm hoping to sponsor my trip to Toyota Prado to the Amazon, perhaps in 2010. With my Hilux feel very confident in making this adventure is also very cheap and the cost of maintenance, but the Prado would cost much money and here in Brazil everything is very expensive. See the videos of the adventure of the year 2009.

                            Adventure is coming to the 2010 Trans-Challenge. I do not know that the vehicle will, sold my Hilux, but I'm looking for a Prado 2004 to prepare for adventure. Maybe we will have a 2010 Prado facing the Trans in the rain.
