                Hi
Don't mean to be disrespectful to anyone but we are all free to choose and modify our vehicles as we wish. For all we know this car may be an expression of art! You don't have to like the modification - that is your choice. Not sure we should be wishing people who drive these vehicles flat tyres or label them all as w@nkers.

                Regards

Yes you right as a lot of average joes would think that what we call normal mods to our cars makes us look like wankers in their eyes, everyone is entiled to mod there cars the way they like, how many prado pointers have fitted ilegal air horns to scare the bejesus out of other motorists that make way more noise than a harmless sub, the vehicle in regard is a show car with a sound system set up for competion, no different to putting a winch on th efront of your vehicle to use in a winch challenge, & yes I do have a sub   & a winch  :P & air horns  wow I'm in trouble now this will get all the rednecks out

                    Re: Sub woofing a prado

this thread had gone way into left field, ive had subs in a few of my cars, but now i have kids a 15 inch in the boot in an enclosure takes up to much space, cant fit the fridge and a pram and a sub in there, so what do people have out there to give the music they listen to a bit more depth, wether they have a std system or a aftermarket, ive seen a few bass cannons out there but judt wondering what others have. cheers samo

                      Re: Sub woofing a prado

l went with the cannon. Fits well, easy to remove and plenty of room for the pram and whatever else I want to carry.

also fits inside the storage "draw" which means can stack stuff around it and put the fridge on top!

sweet jesus, If I see that prado linked here again i'll go crazy   its being forsale for ages and reposted too many times to care.

Anyway, McBain can you tell us if thats a 10inch sub. I have a 12inch in a standard box and think I might have to change to a cannon, I have the perfect spot under my false floor to hide it.

                              thanks
