Latest shipment of BFG M/T's all gone

I had four new BFG M/T KM2's fitted yesterday here in Perth . The tyres arrived at the tyre fitters Tuesday morning and by Tuesday afternoon the latest shipment (which had been cleared by customs only a few days before) was all sold out. BFG advised the retailer that the next shipment will arrive in 8-10 weeks time :shock:, so if you're in Perth and wanting BFGs you might be out of luck.

While in the shop waiting, a woman came in to pick up her new Porsche. 1500kms on the clock and she banged one of the tyres on a curb and it was kaput. $865 later she drove out with a new tyre :!:. I guess if you can afford a new Porsche $865 for a tyre isnt such a big deal. Makes my $345 BFGs look like chicken feed.

BFG stock control is a joke. I have always run BFG, both AT and MT, when I am due I'll be looking at Mickey T's.

I did buy 4 of the km2's last august and had to wait until last month to get my spare, so i would recommend that u always buy 5 straight away as the importer is so un reliable and will keep pushing the dates out, they are great tyres but if I knew I was going to wait that long I would of gone with something else
