How many times has Meninga complained & carried on before the game only to dig the knife in when the games' finished.

Did you also notice that the first 2 tries from NSW were from forward passes lol. Also how the ref called every NSW try straight away were as every QLD try had to go to the video ref?? And the denied try from Hennant was BS, whatever happened to benefit of the doubt?

In the end, the best team won.... AGAIN!!! lmao

What TV do you have, cause on mine they looked fine, and the Hennant try had the correct decision, your not allowed to assist your team mate over the try line by pushing an apponent.

we suck! the booing that i saw was when NSW came out for the second half . whats the point , whether you support nsw or qld .they should be cheering at getting their moneys worth and giving us another flogging . really makes you wonder . anyway how is nsw supposed to compete against a team with slater, lockyer,engliss, smith , thurston et al , its a team of bloody superstars , id struggle to name 5 of nsw . we might have a slim chance next year if lockyer stays retired and doesn't do a farnham .

i think it was a stagged win for Locky, not wanting to take anything away from the Qld win, just look at the ref desisions, and the 15m the ref was making NSW hold back. Just an observation that no one else is game to say.

it is rare that you see an overhead view of the play the ball on tv, at the game the "10" was very similar to both sides, on the Hennant no try .. correct to the letter of the law but seemed more a case of looking for any reason for NO try than checking the grounding which is what the ref asked ! lets see if that rule is ever applied at NRL games ... not likely

QLD simply too good and too focused for the Blues

It is probably me but I find it all a bit boring these days, or maybe just very different to what I remember as a kid. I have to admit I no longer watch League and it seems to be a game of touch football with tackling. Yes I agree it is much faster these days etc but seriously those chicken scratches are a waste of time, five tackles and kick the ball then 5 tackles and kick the ball, five tackles and kick the ball.....

Where is the pent up emotion in the first hit up/tackle that big bad Sam Backo used to show? Today's game is faster but IMO suffers as there is a lack of tribal 'state against state' mentality. Yes it's us against them, but what happened to bleeding for the SKY BLUES ala Benny Elias.
