Fellow PP member Bidla and myself play masters cricket for the Green Machine,(Wellington Point Cricket Club in Redland City east of Brisbane) and each year the team (including some of our wives) travels to different places to play a friendly match against other oldies. Past trips have been to the Bradman Oval at Bowral and Warburton east of Melbourne. In late Feb or early March 2012 we are looking to travel to the Barossa Valley.
Two questions:
Can anyone recommend a nice country cricket oval (preferably close to a vineyard)?
Would any SA pradopoint members like to put together a team to play against us?
