          Are they called T nuts Andrew?

            Yep T Nuts they is. avail from Bunnings, Mitre 10 any hardware store should have them in various sizes.

              Yep my fridge slide is held down by 5 M10 t-nuts. The ARB tie downs are not holding much weight hence the wood screws. I bought the t-nuts from the local bolt place.
